General English Lecturer Professionalism (A Case Study at USN Kolaka)

This study aimed to describe the reflection of professionalism general English lecturers at USN Kolaka. was very important as first gateway for evaluating quality learning The motivated by university’s low state learning. For this purpose, used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 8 (eight) results questionnaire showed that reflected on their high level, In contrast, interview confirmation every professional indicator has been carried out but not optimally.
